Marketing Director, Jenny Barker, decided it would be a great event to host an all-day BOTOX® Cosmetic event at the Mack Center. On September 26th, 2012 that even took place for the first time. Was it a success? You tell me…
Patients were able to pre-purchase BOTOX® Cosmetic at a discounted rate as well as other Allergan® products such as JUVÉDERM® and LATISSE®. “We ran out of LATISSE within the first couple of hours as we were running a special that day, if they purchased a 5ml kit of LATISSE® we gave them a 3ml kit for free! Next year I’ll remember to stock up if we plan this event again!” The Mack Center also allowed new and current patients to pre-purchase JUVÉDERM® buy one get one syringes to be injected at a later date. The pre-purchase deals alone were a huge hit and kept vast amounts of Tampa Bay calling into the practice.
All patients, new and current were offered the same great special, $10 per unit! On top of new and current patients, Walk-Ins were welcome. “Now, Walk-Ins, are something I’ll have to think about for next year” jokes Jenny. “It was a lot of fun, we were none stop and Dr. Mack was bouncing from room to room all day long.” When asking Dr. Mack about the experience he said “that was the most BOTOX® I’ve ever injected in one day. I believe we went through 22 bottles in one day, that’s 2,200 units, which is quite impressive. I could not have done this event without my exceptional staff and Jenny’s organization of the entire event.”
Lisa Madalon-Noel, Allergan® Rep for the Mack Center, was also in attendance at the BOTOX® Day event. Lisa found herself cutting raffle tickets and assisting with checking out patients. “I was there to help and speak with patients about what product would benefit their goals. In between patients I was more than pleased to help the girls out as they were extremely busy in a great way!” “The sales and services that day were incredible and I look forward to hosting another BOTOX® Day in the near future” stated Lisa. “I think one of the huge hits of the event were the raffle tickets” Jenny expressed. Patients were able to enter raffle tickets for Allergan® products as well as services at the Mack Center. For every $100 that the patient spent in pre-purchases or treatments, they received one raffle ticket. “I finally started abbreviating on my tickets” said Laura, a patient at the Mack Center. “I pre-purchased BOTOX® and the JUVÉDERM® BOGO as well as got treated that day with BOTOX®. So, needless to say I had my share of tickets to fill out! The next day I received a phone call from Jenny that I had one a free syringe of JUVÉDERM®. Overall, the BOTOX® event was a huge success for me!”
