You came highly recommended and so it is no surprise that the ladies you have in your office are also top notch. It seems that customers are quick to write letters voicing their criticisms but the letters that really should be written are those that give thanks to the people who truly make a difference and take care of people.
As I know you’re aware, all of your staff has exhibited the utmost professionalism, kindness, and care since my first office visit. Recently, Jamie in particular, provided service that is so very rare these days. When I ran into a snag with my insurance company, and called your office for help, Angela and Jamie immediately put me at ease. Jamie personally worked the issue between the surgery center and my insurance to resolve a matter that I could not have done myself. Her ability, knowledge, and understanding exceeded all of my expectations and brought relief to an extremely stressful situation for me and my family.
