to make it possible for me to schedule the only day possible for me to have the surgery due to work constraints. Both she and Angela did all possible to make this happen and I am grateful for that. Marcia was also very reassuring and gave me good advice for minimal swelling/bruising- of which I had negligible amounts! I still have a bit to go but am very pleased so far! – SS 01/08/2013
