Andrew J. Mueller, M.D.

Andrew J. Mueller, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in oculoplastic and facial cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Mueller is from Dallas, TX. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, he received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School and was awarded honors from both the AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha) and GHHS (Gold Humanism Honor Society) organizations. He completed a transitional year at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA and then returned to Dallas for his ophthalmology residency.
Dr. Mueller then completed a competitive, two-year fellowship through the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
(ASOPRS) under mentors Dr. Kenn Cahill, Dr. Jill Foster, Dr. Cameron Nabavi, and Dr. Dan Straka.
He joined Dr. William P. Mack, MD at the Mack Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Tampa, FL in 2022.
Dr. Mueller’s philosophy towards facial surgery is to restore and enhance beauty to provide natural results rather than looking artificial. Often this requires a mix of surgical and non-surgical approaches.
His expertise is in upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation, eyebrow lifts, facelifts, Mohs reconstruction, lacrimal surgeries, and other orbital surgeries. In addition to his surgical practice, he specializes in neurotoxin injections, filler injections, and laser resurfacing.
