Dr Mack and his team did a stellar job on my eyes. I have clear vision and a younger appearance. The whole process was very smooth, relatively painless and they are extremely professional and caring. I had many referrals telling me that Dr Mack was the best in Florida and I concur.

Dr. Mack is not only the sweetest, kindest gentleman, but a genius artist. To perform fillers and Botox one has to be beyond accomplished. I’m in my 6th decade and he gets a natural but, completely refreshed face. I lived in Los Angeles and no one I have ever used in my past comes up to his beautiful work. And another bit of advice to younger patients…please see a doctor for cosmetic work. They know the anatomy. We have muscles and nerves that only a certified doctor should be touching. My Wife (65ish) was tired of looking tired all the time so after much research she asked for a consultation with Dr Mack. He suggested she have eyes upper and lower improved upon. In any event she agreed to surgery. The procedure went very well and in no time she was back to herself and feeling 20 years younger! She was extremely satisfied with her results and felt Dr Mack’s professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. Dr, Mack completed surgeries on my lower eyelids (2 weeks apart) to reverse the effects of Entropion, a condition where there is an inversion or inward turning of the eyelid margin. I am 77. He was recommended by my Opthomologist. I then asked my ENT physician who he thought was excellent and he gave me Dr. Mack's name - I did not suggest the name first. Dr. Mack was excellent in every respect regarding each of the 2 surgeries - a 25 minute procedure while I was under anesthesia at the Brandon Outpatient Surgery Center. They were excellent as well. It was the best experience having minor surgery could have been. After a pain med immediately following surgery, I was never again in any pain. My follow-up care consisted of a series of visits after each surgery. After the second eyelid surgery, I had a concern and was leaving the next day for a trip. While Dr. Mack was in surgery his office texted him and on a break he suggested his office have his associate, Dr. Mueller, see me. Dr. Mueller saw me that afternoon and it turned out not to be a problem at all. I never waited more than 10 minutes for any appointment. My appointments including the first appointment were simple and direct. I needed the surgeries and that was that. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack and his wonderful, smiling, upbeat, prompt and very responsive staff. A "10". (And if you need it, get it done - it was a walk in the park.)

When I was looking to have my eye lids done, I made appointments with 3 different doctors. I happened to see Dr Mack first. After the appointment I felt so comfortable I cancelled the other 2 appointments I had made. One of them I even had to put a small nonrefundable deposit . I recently had mohs surgery, followed by reconstruction done by Dr. Mueller. First, I would like to comment on Dr. Mueller’s extreme kindness and incredible surgical skills. I hadn’t seen how much damage the basal cell did to my face until 8 weeks after reconstruction, I had the courage to ask Dr. Mueller if I could see the picture of my face before he began his work. It made me cry. I could not believe the huge cavity from the outside corner of my right eye, extending under my eye , partial cheek and over my nose. It was horrific! Granted, I am still healing and seeing Dr. Mueller on a regular basis, but I have every confidence that one day, I will look like a real person again. Thank you, Dr. Mueller, forever!

Do not miss an opportunity to be treated by the finest, most professional, kind plastic surgeon in the state of Florida... I had squamous skin cancer on my nose... after the removal of the affected area, Dr Mack and his team performed a skin graft on the area, taking some skin from my upper eyelid to close the wound. The surgery is a complete success... you cannot tell where the surgery was done... all I can say, is not only Dr Mack AND his team are the finest of the fine, I am absolutely, just a bit sad, that my time with Dr Mack, Miss Kristin and his team is done, I would “never” hesitate to call upon him for any other concerns I have! After turning 50, I noticed my upper eyelids were starting to droop. I was told by friends that it was best to wait until I was closer to 60 to have blepharoplasty. Though I'm a couple years shy of that, I am glad I waited until now to do it. I am new to the Tampa Bay area and was fortunate enough to be referred by a colleague to visit the Mack Center for a consultation. I had a pre-existing issue because I had surgery 20 years ago to remove a melanoma spot from under my left eye. I had my two week check up today after having my upper eyelids done (Blepharoplasty). My eyes look amazing and very quick recovery time. I will try and attach a pic. I just had an upper lid blepharoplasty one month ago. I followed all the post surgical instructions to a "T" that were very clearly communicated by Dr Mack & his staff. Dr. Mack was very positive about my results at my one month follow up exam. Throughout the month I had absolutely no pain (just slight itching in days following) and I had a very small amount of bruising. of the upper eyelid. Just applied make up for the 1st time & it was 10x easier & looked 10x better!! Besides improving my peripheral vision, I am pleased that my close friends & family have been quick to tell me I look at least 10 years younger! I am 70, so I'll take 60 any day. Dr. Mack removed a lower eyelid lesion and 4 facial lesions. He is a skillful surgeon and all areas healed without any scars. He and his staff are caring and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the experience and the outcome.

My left eye lid drooped so much, it was interfering with my sight. My eye doctor recommended Dr. Mack. I was so glad he did. Dr. Mack confirmed that the eye lid liftwas necessary. It has been 8 months since Dr. Mack (referred by my ophthalmologist) performed my blepharoplasty, and I am so pleased with the outcome! I decided to treat myself to an eyelift in anticipation of my 70th birthday. A friend recommended Dr. Mack and I never looked elsewhere. From the minute I first called the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A week prior, I had a pre-procedure facial (marvelous) and the actual surgery was not anything like I had anticipated. Four follow-up post-op appointments in the weeks and month after insured everything was going as intended. And indeed it has. I wasn't allowed to wear makeup for three weeks after, but now that I am cleared I hate to cover up my "new" eyes. I love it and love The Mack Center. Did I mention they sent me flowers post-op! They are truly a 5-five doctor and staff.

I had surgery on my eye for growth removal. Dr. Mack and his staff were caring, empathetic and thorough at all stages of the procedure. I would highly recommend him as a talented and caring doctor.

Dr. Mack saw me on one day's notice when the original plastic surgeon I saw misguided me to Mohs surgery. Fortunately the Mohs surgeon recognized the skin cancer in my eyelid was much too extensive for the Mohs procedure and immediately contacted Dr. Mack whom saw me the next day for a consultation. Dr. Mack is wonderful. I cannot emphasize this enough. He was very straight forward on how extensive this cancer had spread through my eyelid and what was required to remove it entirely. As stressful as that was to hear, he made me feel extremely comfortable with the surgery that was required. He was hit in the face by a baseball that tore about 1" of his lip open and took a chunk of it out. Dr Mack meticulously and perfectly put it back together again. Everyone who has seen my husband's lip, 2 weeks after the injury, has literally been in disbelief about how well it has healed. Hi Dr. Mack, I just wanted to let you know I am very satisfied with my facelift you performed June of this year, plus my upper and lower eyelids you did a couple of years ago.You took care in evaluating and educating me on the procedure I wanted done. After the surgery I had very little pain, bruising or swelling and you monitored my recovery almost everyday the first week and at least twice a week after that until I was completely healed. I would recommend you and your staff to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. You are a fantastic surgeon and you really care about the quality of work you do and the patient.
